These terms apply to your use of the iTEA 4 U website and any orders you place through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us
iTEA 4 U is operated by Austgrow Beverages Pty Ltd, ABN 36 662 214 191, based in Keysborough, Victoria, Australia. You can contact us at doug@itea4u.com or on 1300 794 199.
Products
We sell lightly sparkling tea drinks in 250ml cans. We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in packaging, labelling and appearance can occur. Product information and ingredients are shown as a guide. Always check the physical can for the full and current label, ingredients and allergen information.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Orders
When you place an order and pay, we will send you a confirmation. This confirms we have received your order, it does not guarantee the product is available. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping and delivery
We ship across Australia. Shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on Australia Post. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Contact us at doug@itea4u.com as soon as possible, with your order details and, where relevant, a photo of the issue. As our products are perishable food items, we are not able to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, unless required by law.
Subscriptions
If you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged automatically at the interval shown when you subscribed. You can skip or cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting us or through your account.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the site at the time you place an order is the version that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
